Akken is looking for an exceptional professional services leader to take ownership of the customer implementation and support functions at Akken, which includes customer business process mapping, implementation, customer training and support. This is a tremendous opportunity for a current business analyst or professional services leader to take Akken and her/his career to the next level. Candidate must have a strong understanding of general business processes and project management best practices. We need someone that can be hands-on, roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to successfully on board staffing customers while building a team. We are looking for someone that has a burning desire at the core to help customers succeed. This is a key hire that will report directly to the CEO. Akken is well backed, raising more than $7M in angel funding with an established brand and customer base with thousands of users. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for successful customer implementations of Akken Staffing
- Work with customer, sales and subject matter experts to develop and prioritize feature sets to validate purchased features, setup customer system, data migration requirements, implementation and training schedules.
- Document "as is" customer business process
- Document business process changes as result of implementing Akken Staffing
- Create training program and assist with customer training and change management
Required Skills:
- Must have managed customer implementation in the past 12 months at either a top consulting firm or top CRM, ERP, payroll or software integration firm
- BA/BS, MBA or equivalent experience required
- 6+ years experience in consulting or business systems implementation
- Previous experience implementing technology for staffing companies a huge plus
- Must have experience documenting complex business processes
- Strong project management skills
- Ability and demonstrated success working with cross functional teams to validate customer requirements, establish implementation schedules, train and support customers
- Must have strong business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Preferred knowledge of front and back office business software, CRM, ERP, staffing software
- Up to 10% travel
