What security measures does Akken have to protect my data?
We have put strong measures in place to ensure your information is secure at all times. Our servers are hosted and maintained in a Tier IV, SAS 70 Type II certified AT&T data center located in the U.S. This is the highest level of security available. How reliable is your service?
With Akken, you never have to worry about downtime. We provide the highest uptime guarantee in the industry – 99.7% 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In fact, our reliability has achieved 99.999% uptime since we launched the service.

Who owns my data?
You do! Even though information is hosted with us, your data is your asset. We don’t own or take rights for any of our customer’s proprietary and confidential property. If you decide to leave for whatever reason, we provide your information in a common format at no additional charge.

Will I get upgrades? How often?
Akken releases new upgrades on average every 4-6 weeks. Our automatic and seamless upgrades allow you to use new features and functions right way, with nothing to download or install. More than 75% of upgrades stem from direct user feedback, ensuring a great user experience and eliminating further training.

How do I backup my data?
With Akken you never need to back up your data – it is backed up daily for you at our secure hosting center. You can export information whenever you please through the interface as well.

Can I retrieve my data if I decide to stop using AkkenCloud™?
Yes of course. We never hold your data “hostage” like many other providers. Akken will provide your information in a common format at no additional charge.

What type of training do you offer?

We have a proven training process that includes a combination of one-on-one training, live group sessions, an extensive user help guide as well as self-paced training videos which all come with your service at no additional charge. We also offer custom training programs you can purchase based on your company’s needs.

What level of support does Akken offer?
