We had narrowed our search down to Bullhorn, HireDesk, and MaxHire. Then I had everyone look at Akken again, and it seemed to have everything HireDesk had, plus a more intuitive user interface, great parsing for candidate and company information, including the ability to parse not only address and contact information for candidates, but also employment history with dates and education history. We've been very happy with the product and look forward to using it to enhance our productivity. Their product has come a long way. With a few more updates, which are scheduled soon, they will arguably be the best ATS out there.
