Inside Business Development Representative

Position Title: Representative Business Development
Location: Nashua, NH

Description
Must be a highly motivated, professional team player that is willing to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment to drive exponential growth. This sales representative will focus on lead generation and qualification of new business opportunities for Akken Staffing™, our premier On Demand solution for the staffing industry. He or she will work with Akken's Account Executives to transition qualified prospects into new clients. This is a tremendous opportunity for driven sales professional to develop his/her sales career and provide immediate impact in a dynamic startup environment.




Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree required: preferably in a business discipline
  • Manage the qualification process for small and medium businesses
  • Effectively communicate Akken's value proposition
  • Maintain a high level of sales activity (outbound calls, qualification, schedule demonstrations)
  • Successfully demonstrate Akken Staffing™ to potential clients
  • Ability and willingness to make cold calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Fast learner and at ease with technology
  • Knowledge of On-Demand business software, CRM, ERP, and/or recruiting software a plus
  • Knowledge of or experience in staffing industry a plus
  • Up to 10% travel
