Description
Must be a highly motivated, professional team player that is willing to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Initial job responsibilities include gathering of data and establishing expectations for transfer of information to Akken Staffing™, the premier On Demand solution for the staffing industry. Other responsibilities include training new customers and resolving technical and application related inquiries. This is a challenging position and the candidate should be able to meet the changing needs of the position as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information
- Resolve technical and application related inquires
- Instruct our clients in the efficient use of Akken Staffing
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our application’s features and functions
- Establish guides and lesson plans resulting in a structured approach to training
- Schedule training sessions with clients to ensure effective understanding and use of our application
- Perform prompt and thorough follow-up on training sessions ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the pace and progress of the learning process
- Answer technical and user questions through various mediums for new, existing, and prospective clients
- Manage customer expectations through resolution of issues
- Collaborate with Engineering team to get answers and escalate issues as needed
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must have demonstrated expertise in educating and serving clients
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills with a comfort level on the phone
- Must have a high energy level and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Fast learner and at ease with technology
- Experience with online meeting tools like Microsoft Live, WebEx, GoToMeeting
- Knowledge of On-Demand business software, CRM, ERP, and/or recruiting software
- Knowledge of or experience in staffing industry
- Up to 10% travel
