Akken Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

All Akken Staffing users are automatically registered in the Akken Referral Program. In order to receive referral fees, referred leads must become an active Akken customer in good standing for a minimum of 90 days from date of signing with Akken. Akken Referral Program Member's may choose to be compensated either with a one time referral fee of $25 multiplied by the number of users upon a lead signing with Akken, which is paid out on the last day of the first month following the end of a calendar quarter (i.e. referral fees earned during the 2nd quarter will be paid out on July 31) OR will be credited free month(s) of service equivalent to the number of users referred upon the lead signing with Akken. All registered users are eligible for referral fee payments so long as the lead becomes and active Akken customer within 6 months of Akken's receipt of the lead. For a lead to qualify for a referral fee, the lead must identify the Akken Referral Program Member's name, and the Akken Referral Program Member must submit the lead on http://www.akken.com/company/referral.php. Failure to submit leads through this process may result in non-payment of referral fees. All Akken Referral Program Members acknowledge and agree that Akken may change the terms and conditions of the Akken Referral Program including without limitation canceling the program at any time and at its sole discretion. Either Party may terminate this Referral Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party and acknowledge that this Referral Program does not create an exclusive agreement between the Parties.
